Pricing

We like to be transparent with our costs so this is what you can expect:

Tax return

£550 + VAT. (Additional £100 + VAT per rental property).

Limited company

From £1500 + VAT per annum for a limited company. Note: Software and Bookkeeping is not included.

Bookkeeping & VAT

Call us to discuss as this is driven by volume.

Company Formation

We charge £200 + VAT for company formation.

Software

Xero and Dext for £42.50 + VAT per month. The costs will be a standard subscription which we can set up for you. These subscriptions will make your life a lot easier.

Other Services

Umbrella

If your contract falls inside IR35 you may need to operate through an umbrella company and we can provide you with this service.

Consultancy

We provide consultancy services (charged on a daily or hourly basis) which cover a number of area's some of which including:

We also produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts and can help you to plan for the future.
